Watch was very tacky and cheap. Strange mottled finish to underneath of crystal. Not impressed or happy.

I ordered a leather bracelet. Unfortunately it was too big. I had ordered the wrong size. I asked for a return and exchange. I received a return label almost immediately via email. I returned the original bracelet and within a week I had received my new bracelet, which now fits perfectly. I absolutely love it. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. Great customer service.

Ordered a pocket square, came promptly and I was happy with my purchase. However, I was flooded with e-mails from them about offers and what’s new etc (multiple e-mails each day) so I would have given a better rating but if you use them try to opt out of receiving any promotional content. I don’t recall seeing a box to tick like that but a shame as the company seems well run apart from this!

I purchased the silver tone stainless steel Larimar stone signet ring and the white pine and lapis lazuli 8mm bracelet. They both came individually packaged in a cool presentation box. They compliment other rings and bracelets I already own and I’m sure I will purchase from them in the future.
