I just bought my first plan through beYogi. I don't have any long term experience with them yet to rate how they are if you need to use your insurance but I can say that the process to obtain the insurance was easy and non-stressful! I received an email stating that my insurance would automatically renew on a specific date. Then weeks later I received an email stating that my insurance had expired several days before. Perhaps the problem was that I no longer had the same credit card number. I would have appreciated an email in between telling me there was an issue with my renewal that needed to be resolved.
