You have so many wonderful things to offer on your website. What hasn't sat well with me is your refusal to refund liability insurance bought within hours of my request to cancel. I deal with liability insurance and there isn't one company I have dealt with that does not provide some sort of a refund. Bad business. What's sad is I'm willing now to pay more money using a different company simply on principal because I find it unreasonable that you didn't even attempt to work with me. I really hope you create a different return/cancelation policy in the future.
