We made a collection for a couple who were getting married. The system worked very well and there was a good choice of things on which to spend the money collected. One minor glitch was that the card with the messages hadn't arrived the day before we were due to make the presentation. I suspect this was the fault of Royal Mail rather than GiftRound. I tried to phone the GiftRound number given on the website but there was no reply. So I emailed customer support and within an hour had a reply from Stu, offering to send another card by guaranteed next day delivery. He also explained that I could print off the messages (I hadn't spotted that but it was there on the website). I asked for the card to be sent again, and indeed it arrived the next day in time for the presentation. Good customer support -thanks. I will certainly use GiftRound again.

I used GiftRound for a collection for a colleague and it was super easy to organise. Despite several attempts to upload ID the website kept saying there was an error with my images. I emailed customer service who responded, uploaded the photos and sent the bank transfer all within 5 hours. Excellent customer service from Stu, thank you!

GiftRound on giftround.co.uk is a decent platform for organizing collections for colleagues' gift funds. It's relatively easy to set up and manage, though not without some hiccups. Customer service is helpful and prompt, which is a plus. Overall, a fair option for workplace group gifts.

Scam company. They insist on verifiying your identity before you access money through an account I’ve created using my gmail account (surely that is secure??!) I keep uploading my ID documents and all I get is processing and the page times out. Avoid this company

A brilliant idea! We did a collection for the teachers at our school and it's so much better than the hard working teachers receiving 30 candles or boxes of chocolates. They can buy what they want or need with the vouchers, or splash out on a meal. It was so easy to set up, manage and process once the collection was completed. A lovely touch to have all the comments sent to you too. I called to ask some questions and Claire Thompson was so prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this for collections for any occasion!

The website is incredibly easy to use and great because we don't see each other in person until the day of leaving/gifting. I have needed help a few times and the main reason for this review is the great customer service. Very quick and informative which was much needed at the time.

The whole experience was so easy, from start to finish and very user-friendly for both myself as the "administrator" and for my colleagues as contributors. A great selection of vouchers for which you don't pay an admin fee so 100% of the collection went to the lady who was retiring. The card I ordered was extremely good quality and all the colleague comments are elegantly printed out and stapled within the card - very good value for only £5.00. Arrived within 2 working days. I easily printed out the garden centre vouchers to include within the card.

The platform is very easy to use. We collected money from parents for teacher end-of-year gifts. We needed help splitting the funds at the end and the support team was always available to talk us through the process. I will be using them again to help us with teacher gifts next year. I'd highly recommend Giftround. I've used a few of these sites recently and found giftround the easiest to use. For the collection there were also a wide array of gifts and gift voucher options. I also found the gift voucher staff very helpful after I had made an error emailing the recipient.

GiftRound is a very easy and straightforward site. The instructions are clear for both the contributors and administrator alike. If you have a query there's a member of staff at the end of the phone to help. When you have the responsibility of gathering colleagues' contributions and messages for someone, it's very important to have a site like this, that you feel you can rely on. All in all an excellent experience.

I previously rated 1 star as I had issue after issue and could not get anywhere with contacting them. After posting this however, they have now completely resolved my issue and went over and above to help me, so I have increased my score. Leaving it at 4 because I would have preferred not to have had to go through this to get them to help.

I was skeptical to start with when I started the gift round for my colleagues as here was no contact phone number to ask any questions. However, It was a great experience as I was given comprehensive information as to what to do. Clare, you were amazing and thank you for going the extra mile even when I got things wrong!

The company I worked for used Giftround to gift me with a sizeable voucher celebrating the birth of my son. After I had the email sent to my work email address I got made redundant. I thought I had forwarded the email to my personal account and only realised I didn’t a few month later. I emailed Giftround asking what I need to do to retrieve this Monday morning - straight away they replied and sorted my problem.

I very easy process, which saved me loads of time. There was an issue (user error) sending the vouchers to the recipient but the customer service and speed from GiftRound was excellent and they quickly sorted the issue and made sure the vouchers were received.
