A first class service and they went the extra mile to process the order quickly. 11/10 I am grateful they had someone on the phone and 5 star customer service.

The website is a perfect way to run collections at work. Previously people needed to remember to bring in cash, whereas now it's a simple card payment. This makes the whole process easier and everyone becomes more generous. Also, they offer great service as I had an issue where I mistakenly deleted a collection. I called them up and someone from their support desk called me back within an hour and the collection was live again.

GiftRound helped us collect donations and messages from 20 plus colleagues spread around the UK. the process is very intuitive and efficient. The option of turning the donation in a gift card and greeting card made it super easy both were delivered to my requirements by simple clicks on a website. GiftRound support was also very responsive and helped resolve an issue( receiver of the gift had misplaced gift voucher) very promptly . very Happy and will definitely use again.

I’ve used this website several times now and they’re absolutely brilliant for group collections. Great website for buying Christmas gifts for teaching staff at school. Very easy to set up the page and send an invite to contribute. Able to split the donation for multiple gifts. No card transaction fees which is great. Expensive to withdraw the money (7.5% fee) but I guess they’ve got to make a profit somehow! No fee to use the donations to buy vouchers which is what I did instead. Limited selection of vouchers available but I picked “prezzee” vouchers which the recipient can then convert into a voucher of their choice for a wider selection of retailers, although they have to set up a prezzee account which not everyone may like. I also really liked the option for contributors to leave comments. I printed the comments out as a PDF and put it inside a Christmas card for the staff which went down well.

I've used Giftround several times, and have found this platform to be very useful and reliable, especially when most of your colleagues are working from home. It saves you going around the office with an envelope and card. I have never had any issues with the money transfer also, once I make my request it's done within days. Many thanks Giftround.

A collection was raised, but the fund organiser was unable to release so after patiently waiting for 2 months I requested the money be returned to those whom had donated. Giftround have held onto the funds and are now not returning any messages. Be arware if you put your money here it it most likely going to end up in a black hole! AVOID

Easy to set up collection and no charges for vouchers with John Lewis so great for teacher presents. Quick and easy. Can also leave a message without contributing too. Pleased. Used 4 times now.

Basically an argos voucher, I'm quite good with technology but I still have no clue how to get my voucher. Trying my best not to swear writing this review.

Really easy to set up a collection but thats it. Verification process is a nightmare, took forever for it to accept my photo. Before I set the account up I checked to see if there were withdrawal fees and couldn't see anything mentioned. However when I eventually got verified I found there is a 5% fee for bank transfers so on top of my contribution to a leaving present I now have to foot a further 5% of the total collection! Gift voucher options are very limited or you can buy from their store (I have no idea what you can buy there as there doesn't seem to be any way to browse without committing to a store voucher). Will not be using again!

This is the first time I used a site for a gift collection and have to say I’ve been very impressed with the service and support I have received and will definitely be using it again in the future. Even though a fee is charged it makes it much easier when people are located all over the UK.
