United Kingdom | 18 October 2021Easy to set up and easy for people to contribute. Had an issue using my iPhone for verification due to photo size but used a photo taken on android and it worked no problem. Easy withdrawal, money in the account next day.

Kenya | 23 September 2021Verification process a nightmare, used same photo for financial institutions and was fine. Finally verified and the payment is on hold with a really poor customer service function failing to resolve it. Oh and for the pleasure if this poor service they charge you to withdraw any balance. Avoid at all costs, you'll regret using them.

United Kingdom | 08 August 2021Easy to set up collection and share link with friends. Really hard to withdraw funds, ID verification passed after 3 attempts of sending a picture of my passport. Finally accepted after sending a scanned image. Ended up paying for gift with credit card instead, so it arrived on time.
