my order says it was shipped on Sept.29 I still have not received it. so much for 10 business days

I was impressed with this site gave me the option for sizing got my tape measure out and measured myself for the perfect fit

I felt it was poor quality for the price. It looked badly made and the felt badges were hanging off. The packaging was also damaged. I could not have given this to a little girl as a birthday gift.

We still haven’t received the order which we had notification would be received 5 days ago. SEUR have replied to my chaser that they have a large volume of deliveries and is on hold. I hope it arrives in time for my party or it will have been a waste of money
