Not great sadly. Ordered a product that was described as a 3 part outfit online, picture to match, but smaller description below without one of the items. Delivery arrived and was disappointed to find only 2 parts although the picture on packaging also showed all 3! Took this up at length on the phone and pointed out to the lady that they offer the same product with only 2 parts for £5 less and they had obviously made a mistake. At worst I should be offered the difference maybe? Had to quickly locate missing part for son's World Book Day costume. The long conversation that promised a chat with a mangaer and a call back resulted in....you guessed it, nothing! That's the reason for 1 star review as customer service is rubbish. A call back would have been nice. Many other alternatives I can use in the future. Shame!

Easy to use site, costume fit as expected quality was fantastic and i paid for next day delivery and got exactly what i paid for.

I paid for next day delivery and the product arrived two days late - so was unable to wear for the party. I would now like to return it with a full refund. Very disappointing
