Arrived in great condition and the product was exactly as I expected it to be.

Ordered a halloween outfit for my daughter age 4/6 , when it arrived it was age 10/12. I managed to get live chat and the person i spoke to said they would send out correct size. Next one arrtived and again was age 10/12 , i need 4/6, i couldnt contact them via phone or live chat, so had to send an email on which i am still awaiting a response

Had a party on Saturday, ordered costume on the Tuesday before with next day delivery costing 7.99 guaranteeing it came by Thursday, showed up the Monday after said party, and the costume was crap, will make do for Halloween though lol

Sent the wrong size, child devastated, had to pay the postage to send it back. Guess I'll shop elsewhere

I paid for express delivery and the items did not arrive!! I did receive a telephone call a few days later to advise that one item wasn’t in stock and did I still want the fancy dress outfits, but the event had been and gone. I did receive a full refund though.
