What a fabulous experience! We were met by the lovely Kully at Cafe Nero, she then walked us straight to the front of the queue to check in our bags and then straight up to security. From start to finish we were through in 20 minutes, taken to the lounge and ready to relax and enjoy the start of our holiday. 100% recommend especially with the works going on at present.

From the moment Andy greeted us the process of bag drop and through security took no more than 20 minutes. He knew all the best short cuts. Andy left us to get our breakfast & returned to make sure we got to our boarding gate in time. He was very friendly & professional & we will more than likely use this process again during busy times at Birmingham Airport.

Lovely lady met us and took us through baggage check in, straight through security and then showed us where we could shop if needed and then took us to our lounge, she gave us the option of coming back to collect us when we needed to head to the gate or she would message us to let us know when to go. Wonderful service and we will use it again.

She efficiently resolved the issues we encountered at the RyanAir check-in, ensuring a seamless transition to the departure lounge. Additionally, Jay's thoughtfulness extended to retrieving water bottles for my children, which I had inadvertently left behind at security. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and exemplified her dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Ibby was fantastic. He met us at the airport on time and “whizzed” us the check in and all of the queues. We were in the departure lounge within 15 minutes! He was very professional and extremely polite. He even rang me up to check that we were okay amd id we needed more assistance. It was money well spent. I would recommend using the concierge service for a stress free experience at Birmingham Airport without standing in any queues for 1 to 3 hours!
