I put the number 4 because I received a topper ordered on Kristina's website in a color that didn't match at all the color shown on the pictures or videos on youtube. So I'm disappointed that I can't return it for an exchange. Otherwise Kristina answers my messages and I received the topper quite quickly despite the fact that I live in France.

Very disappointed with the colour, it looks very different to the photo online, also it came with a faded root which has a very warm tone nothing like my natural ash tone, the photo online only shows the mid length of the hair so I didn't expect there to be a root and due to hygiene reasons items understandably can't be returned.

Kristina Young Hair Additions is a very good site with a lot of choiced and details, videos... with prices very interesting ! The shipping is very fast (5 days including week-end in this difficult period). The parcel is very well wrapped !! Kristina is very sympathetic, THANK YOU KRISTINA ❤👍😘
