Remboursement non complet alors que j'ai soigneusement reconditionné l'article dans un colis en remettant bien les éléments de protection du topper comme ils étaient quand j'ai reçu le colis. A peine sorti de l'emballage, j'ai constaté que le topper perdait beaucoup trop de cheveux. Il a suffit de passer la main 10 fois en douceur dans la chevelure pour qu'il me reste une poignée de cheveux dans la main. La moindre des choses aurait été de me rembourser totalement. Cela aurait été honnête.

Unfortunately I had trouble trying to match my colour even though I watched hours worth of online footage. Product was nice quality but however I seemed to put it on the front clip still showed.

This is my second purchase and once again I am happy, happy, happy! Kristina is just wonderful and you get full personal service every step of the way. I have now two Estetica Alden wigs in colors that are impossible to get here in the USA. The price is basically the same as I would pay with applied discounts here in the USA, and the fully tracked international shipping is less than $20. I track my package every step of the way, using Royal Mail and USPS, and upon arrival, I simply sign for my package. I use the USPS email notice which lets me know where my package is until it reaches my front door. It is just wonderful. No other charges or hidden fees. I live in Virginia and my second package arrived in less than a week. Just a wonderful positive experience and I would highly recommend Kristina Young Hair Additions. Firstly, thanks to Kristina Young for the great service. The topper arrived quickly and it is probably the only top piece I have ever been able to wear straight out of the box because the hair fibre is so natural looking. The colour blend is also lovely and the rooting is very subtle so it should work really well if your own colour is medium to light blonde. Unfortunately there are also a few negatives. The piece doesn't really allow for multi-directional parting like a true monofilament top should because the distribution of the hair on the crown and at the lace front is just too patchy so you are really restricted to using the left side parting. Compared to the Jon Renau Top Smart or even the Raquel Welch Top Billing which for example both have fantastic lace fronts, this Belle Tresse design does not impress. Another problem is the hair follows the same wave pattern all the way round so it turns outwards on the left side of your face and inwards on the right side. As it's heat defiant fibre I thought I could change the inward wave pattern on the right side with curling tongs but that was a mistake - I just couldn't get the desired result. Another mistake was trying to blend a fringe into it. I really don't want to put anyone off buying this topper, because If you are looking for a wavy piece for occasional wear it's probably a good choice. It's just not really suitable for restyling and the mono top/lace front is not the best.
