Yamen was excellent. It was a really difficult install for my property. He was really knoweldeable, friendly and went out of his way to do the absolute best for us! Couldn't be happier with my setup

From the outset to the after-installation service I am very impressed with WIfi Heros. The guys are direct and friendly and perhaps more enthusiastic than you can imagine. The name for these guys is correct. They see the problems you have and they fix it for you. They arent the cheapest and thats a very good thing. With wifi if you plan and use technology properly then you can solve your problems and they have a tonne of experience and know how to do it. The teams are specialist in their own tasks. This enables them to stay at the cutting edge of tech and apply it for you. Lively people to work with and easy to communicate with. Finally a tech company that is all about people. Im in awe of them!

I was really impressed by Wifi Heros - they were quick and efficient at working out why my wifi was patchy, and were able to get me an appointment the following week to install the access ports. My wifi is now working way better and is reliable enough to have multiple devices running and host video calls.

I cannot rate these guys any more highly. Three children in lockdown, a husband working from home and rubbish wifi. Total disaster and tried everything. Within 5 days of my cry for help I have a fully all singing all dancing wifi house. No one complains, everything works and this is after a month with everyone using every device possible in every room. Best money we have spent in lockdown. From my first call to the three guys that came in to sort it they were all remarkable. Thank you wifi heroes. Would recommend to anyone.

I booked the WiFi heroes to upgrade my WiFi which was absolutely terrible and with lightening speed They came and sorted it out. It now works so fast it is a joy! We also asked them to redress all the wiring in our boiler room which had been left by previous workmen looking like tangled spaghetti.. that is now neat and ordered .. highly recommended and also very nice chaps to have in the house.

A contacted WiFi Heros because the Wifi signal in our house was poor and kept dropping out despite having invested a lot of money on equipment. It is an old house with thick walls and several steel beams too as a result of extensions, etc. I was contacted very quickly after my initial enquiry online and the service from start to finish was very friendly and professional. They were extremely confident that they could resolve my Wifi issues and I booked a site visit for the following week. The site visit went very well, they listened to the issues I was having and measured the signal strength throughout the property. I was very confident that they knew what they were talking about and we agreed on an installation configuration. I did get other quotes too and found Wifi Heros to be very competitive and therefore chose to use them. The installation was booked for a couple of weeks later and the two guys that turned up were again friendly and professional. We agreed where the cabling & each Wifi Access Point would go and they installed everything to a very high standard within a day. They even helped configure the two Sky boxes via the new Wifi signal before leaving. We now have a very fast and reliable Wifi service in the whole house and garden, which we are extremely pleased with. I am happy to recommend Wifi Heros to people based on my positive experience.

First class job - staff were polite, hard working and very efficient. The redecoration work required post installing all the wifi access points was excellent. Wifi speed issues that I’ve had for a very long time have now been totally resolved . I highly recommend Wifi Heroes.

A must for anyone experiencing wifi issues, especially those working from home. The installation team were brilliant. Very clean and quick, left the house as they found it... A serious great installation and flawless WiFi around the house. This was no easy job and we had been fiddled with issues previously. The guys made sure every part of the house plus outbuilding had perfect WiFi. We haven’t had any problems or a single complaint from the houseful of teenage kids! I would highly recommend these guys.

Wifiheros were very responsive, efficiently reviewed the property and suggested an installation plan to significantly improve coverage throughout the house. The work was scheduled quickly and the installation team were professional, courteous, efficient and hard working ensuring everything was up and running before leaving. Absolutely impeccable service. Just brilliant. I called on Thursday night as I needed WiFi in my garden room. Samuel was attentive, listened and promised to help. Indeed, just 36 hours later and Yamen arrives, installs the kit with no nonsense, respecting all Covid rules, and here I am on a rainy Saturday afternoon watching the football via full WiFi in my garden. Video conference tonight will now be smooth and stress free. Friendly, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgable service - and a job well done. What more can you ask? We've been working from home and even though it's a small flat and struggling with frequent outages and dead-zones. The whole WiFiHeros team have been excellent and fixed all our problems. Samuel has been my main point of contact, really quick to answer questions and provide detailed and appropriate information. He's followed up actively even after work hours. Matt's installation work was perfect. We've got some built-in furniture and a small dog, and he managed to work around both to do a really clean and secure job. Really friendly and gave us some advice we'd not have considered on our own, too. We haven't had any problems since the installation. Five stars without hesitation, I just wish I'd called them six months ago.
