Amazing service and solution! All of the things Sky and BT kept trying to resolve with my intermittent Wi-Fi issues and response times were resolved in one visit. I work from home and use Teams meetings all day long. So professional, pre-visit to assess and discuss options (simple language), documented quotes, and the young lad who came and fitted 3 fixed Wi-Fi points with a LAN around the house (outside) worked so hard. I have had no issues since, it is totally worth the money and the icing on the cake - guaranteed for 24 months. I would highly recommend them, words cannot express how grateful I am.

We live in London and have a large house with a games room and gym in the back garden. We tried using typical extenders but every time we had a party with kids no doubt using all the bandwidth, the WiFi failed and Sonos would switch off! WiFi Heroes visited FOC and gave me a thorough (to-do) list. After reviewing this I bit the bullet and am pleased to say we have had several parties since and the Sonos music system now stays on!! Get me another gin and tonic please!

WiFi Heroes have done a fantastic job of sorting out all of my WiFi problems. Initially a few issues with set up but they have been dealt with immediately and I cannot fault the service. I have WiFi in every room, my garden and outhouse. Would definitely recommend them. They continue to check in with me regarding service and are always quick to get back to me should I have any queries. Superb!

Good solution for my needs (we live in a house with steel beam construction which blocked most of the router signal & was degrading internet speeds) & the WiFi solution discussed & agreed with WiFi Heroes has provided great coverage all over the property (pretty close to the full advertised speed with our internet provider). A minor installations wrinkle was ironed out easily with no fuss, and sorted out quickly by a great team (O’nie & Dale).

Great end result - wifi around the house and garden is now super fast. Service was quick and efficient and very friendly and helpful. Having a two year warranty is great too, and I'm able to call them at any time in that period if I need more help.

Great service from WiFi Heroes from start to finish. I have a built a bar at the top of my garden and wanted to be able to run a Sky Q box in it. WiFi Heroes told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote quickly. The engineer who did the work, Matt, confirmed what time he would be arriving and then completed the work quickly. He talked me through everything he was doing and explained how it all worked. Matt also gave me advice on other issues! Highly recommend!! Will definitely be using again!!

After months of dreadful WiFi and even worse customer service from Sky, I reached out to WiFi Hero’s. The service from start to finish was superb - Matt was very polite, clean and tidy and kept me updated all the way along…and now we have excellent WiFi in every room!

Ash did a great job in pouring rain! Despite paying Sky for fast fibre broadband we actually got speeds of around 4mbps throughout the house. After the work by Ash from WifiHeros we now get the maximum speed we should be getting from Sky in every room in the house and it’s finally resolved my Sky Q headaches. Great service, would highly recommend!
