Matt has done a great job. Professional install, efficient, managed around our needs and stayed u til the work was fully complete. Wi-Fi signal across the house and across 3 floors is flawless and a big improvement on the previous set up. Would recommend.

We used Wi-Fi hero’s to extend our broadband to an outbuilding after reading the reviews online. The installation was carried out by Matt who was efficient, polite and kept us informed on every aspect. The result is excellent and the whole process quick, easy and was unobtrusive on the day.

Barry carried out the initial review of our system and Ash installed the recommended equipment. Both of them were extremely courteous, thoughtful and efficient - a pleasure to deal with. We had some significant Wi-Fi issues, after an initial consultation with Samuel who identified the problems, spoke to the broadband supplier on our behalf he came up with a plan for additional access points and relocation of router. Contacted WiFi heroes as I had some connection issues in the loft, within a week they were round to check on what the problems where. Once identified it was only a week later before they were back round installing the solution. They were quick/polite and tidy. I would highly recommended

WiFi heroes provide an excellent service. They arranged someone to come round within a few days to evaluate what we needed and then quoted me the same day. They completed the work soon after and Matt was really efficient and sorted everything out so we have excellent WiFi all round the house.
