Ainslie and Ainslie night powder really made a difference to my daily recovery whilst training for Dancing On Ice. The training was intense and I used the powders as part of my recovery. The week I didn't take them, I really noticed how tired I felt.

Massive sleep improvement

Can't fault the service but also can't say it has helped me at all. Maybe I need to use it for longer to see if the beneficial effects kick in. We shall see.

Wow, this works. I sleep deeper, more of my time asleep is in core sleep and deep sleep and my resting heart rate has dropped from 70 to 58 bpm since taking Ainslie and Ainslie night powder. Highly recommended.

I have tried a month's supply. It has made no difference to my sleep, neither quality or quantity, but instead gives me daily headaches and a feeling of being 'wired' all day. I am not worried about anything and my general health is good. I don't take any other medication, or drink alcohol. An expensive waste of money.

Seems to be working sleeping better

Dear Reader , I was not sleeping well so thought give it a try. Postal Service let us all down initially but was remedied very quickly with a call to a lovely lady called Gemma. She was polite , apologetic and even called me days later to check I received the replacement. Thank you Gemma. The product , tastes nice , easy to use and more importantly I am sleeping like a baby. Impressed , yes very much so that I have ordered it for my daughters to assist their recovery after training for their Hyrox competition. Try it !

Having taken the supplement for 2 weeks I have seen my average sleep score rise by 10 points and my average HRV rise by 5 points. I am also seriously impressed with the overall improvement in my well being and recovery. I know it is a bit pricey but after 2 weeks I have now committed to a subscription.

Definitely felt like I was getting deeper and better quality sleep. This helped me feel more focused and energised for the day. However In my case i did find that the powder can give some stomach discomfort. This did not prevent me from taking the product.

Very impressed with Ainslie+Ainslie. V easy to use and delicious and most importantly it really works. I am sleeping more deeply and wake up feeling more rested. I seem to be waking less frequently in the night as well, which has been an issue since turning 50. Would thoroughly recommend.
