The night time powder is amazing. It's easy to prepare with the little shaker it tastes delicious and best of all it's really made me feel like I have more energy and my quality of sleep has improved. It's easy to add in to my routine. I have been using it for a few weeks now and really noticing the benefits highly recommend.

A little sceptical about products claiming to help improve me in some shape or form but regardless, I have indeed noticed a marked increase in morning energy levels, although I still remain grumpy. The taste is great and I enjoy the ritual of preparing the shaker cup a couple of hours before bedtime. I look forward to sampling the day product too.

I just love everything about this product, from the style of the premium shaker (which comes in very handy!) to the taste (which is amazing!) to it's performance! It's honestly worked wonders for my sleeping routine and for a change I do not wake up irritable and moody. It's literally life-changing for me to wake up and be ready to go, instead of the usual walking zombie that I was. I would highly recommend to anyone who has sleeping difficulties and/or people who struggle to wake up properly in the morning.

Wow! It really works… I’ve suffered with poor sleep all through my adult life. I’ve used sleep aids which work but make you feel groggy and can’t be used for prolonged use. This is a game changer.
