The quality of the LVT carpet received was what was expected for this premium pproduct. The installation video with the person doing the installation steps was not the same as the written instructions.

The mats are great. I have them for the garage where the weights are and it's much better with the cushion. They come with extra edges to give it a good look. I'd buy more.

Swift lead times and shipping. Customer service could be better as we didn't receive an invoice prior to placing the order and emails were not being sent to us from the agency.

We found Great Mats to be a better quality with greater thickness than similar mats, and at a better price. The multiple boxes of mats were delivered one the same day. They clicked together quickly. We liked the edging that finishes off the block of mats. The multi-colors help kids learn about personal space. The students are happy to sit on the mats because they're comfortable.

The mats are awesome! The service was great and I have nothing but praise for Great Mats all around.

The tiles were not quite enough, some of them did not click in so we were using ones that we needed to cut at the very end which we taped down. Also, there was not enough tape sent. The contacting the truck companies was OK for one truck and not OK for another.

Loved Dave. He took care of us when another online company just wasted our time. He worked with us to meet a super tight deadline and flexed to accommodate special shipping. Nice Job Guys!

Easy to shop on the website. Quote process was straight forward. Was able to convert to order very easily. Needed 2 extra pieces after installation. Reached out and the process for procuring 2 extra tiles was just as easy. Product shipped very quickly.

I thought I was getting edge pieces with my order but that turned out to not be true. It would have made the job so much more simple and less time consuming but I made do. Would also have been much cleaner looking result. Check your order and make sure they are on the order before you hit the PLACE ORDER button
