These mats were purchased for my home gym. Being 100% honest, I picked this brand for the price. I felt the price was very reasonable and the shipping was good considering the bulkiness of the package. These were placed under my workout cage with considerable weight on top of them. After weeks of use they are holding up extremely well. They stay connected and do not come apart. The fitment is excellent and they are very comfortable under my feet. Great grip and exceptionally durable. Also they look great! I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I would recommend this brand to anyone with confidence. Lastly the shipping was very fast. Less than a week to receive them. Thank you for the great product!

Matts are what I needed. After finding a good way to cut them after a little trial and error. Ended up putting between two 2x4s and clamping. Then using a sawzall they cut like butter. Very heavy get help. Put mine on stone it looked flat until the matts went down on it. Then needed to keep adjusting the stone. Not perfect but good enough.

We previously (2022) purchase a set of 6 4'X8' ground protection mats which have worked great. We needed another 6 and these new ones are even a bit better (hand holds on all 4 sides, slightly firmer). We ordered on Friday and delivery was Monday. We're more than satisfied.

Delivery to Central City was super clumsy. The did not get us on the right truck to start. We have unloaded and now are awaiting another singular pallet that did not get delivered. We are installing a pattern affect tile and this has created some issues and delays

A internet search for best basement flooring lead me to Great Mats. Their advertising was persuasive and the reviews were remarkable. All my calls to the company were answered quickly by a live employee. They were knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Packaging, shipping and delivery was timely. The boxes were well packed, product safe and undamaged during transit. Installation was as easy as advertised. It was also much easier to believe this was the right product for my basement after touching it and walking on it. I'm pleased with the product and look forward to the next phase of construction that requires more flooring. We will be back!

I've used Greatmats.com twice in two years. For my initial dojo build in 2022, to my expansion in 2024, they have been more than accommodating, understanding, and responsive to my changing needs. Their customer service is the highest I've found. In 2022 my quote and order process coincided with the vacation of their main sales rep. The president of the company stepped in to close the deal and get me grey tatami rollout mats I needed to start my business as soon was possible. In 2024, I placed a similar order and they were able to cut the delivery time by a half. Also, the customer service was incredible. I changed my order a week after I placed it, and Kate coordinated with the manufacturer immediately to meet my needs. The quality of the mats is top notch as well. We train at 3-4 hours per day, 5-6 days per week and the mats have held up strong. I can't say enough good things about this company. True professionals with outstanding customer service and highest quality products.

First off, Katie in Sales is fantastic! Knowledgable, polite and very customer service focused. The pads we ordered arrived completely unwrapped with no protection for them during shipping. In fact two were damaged. Katie jumped into action not only getting the two replacement mats to me within a week, but also expressing my extreme displeasure (with paying a fortune for shipping to then have the goods shipped so negligently) to the powers that be. The product looks sturdy and good quality too.

The rage turf is awesome !! Delivery was great and install was flawlessly easy. Just set it where you want it. Pour out the glue, smooth it out evenly and roll out the turf. Went down perfectly and my members love it. Will definitely be buying again.
