This was a great experience from start to finish. Not only were the mats that I ordered excellent in quality, but also arrived quickly. I ordered two Gym Mats 2 Inch x 5x10 Ft to train BJJ in my garage and they are perfect for my garage. Two mats covered enough space to drill and do some light rolling. I am ordering two additional mats in the near future so that I can accommodate more training partners.

The mats don’t fit. :(

They recommended alternatives for mat thicknesses. Then led us to the one purchased, confirmed timing when they would be ready to ship, and called up to advise readiness. They were very good!

The person to remove $710 of tax as we are 501 c 3 was less than helpful / lost 2 weeks by his non acceptance of various paperwork we repeatedly sent /paid tax to stay on schedule/ delivery truck did not arrive on arrival date so had to pay workers / lost day waiting & at 6 pm on a Friday we were told that it would not arrive until Monday. This was because the delivery company put our three pallets in a 48 foot truck to a location that Cannot accept trucks longer than 30 feet so we did not receive the pallets until 30 December with a complex New Year’s Eve event —- we had to cancel.

My delivery is lost and nobody can find it. They keep saying people are on vacation and will get back to me. BS excuse.

We love the mats! Delivery and installation went very smooth. Quality of mats appear to be good as well. Will have to give it more time to fully know how the hold up. Overall, we are satisfied.

Floor tiles are good quality, as described, and feel great.

Love the mats. Super easy to install and they’ll keep my grandkids safe on the hard basement floor. The color wasn’t a good match to what was online, that’s the only reason for a 4 star rating. I recommend getting the samples before you purchase.
