Carpeting installed the next day smelled far worse. The product arrived undamaged, it was well packed. Timing was clearly outlined and expectations were met. I only wish they could fulfill orders quicker. I feel I got a better product than what was available through big box retailers.

I was advised that the color of the tiles would vary, but I didn't expect the tiles to vary as much as they do. I purchased black tiles. A more accurate description would be black and various shades of grey.
