Yes, great "customer service" because they are always trying to up-sell. They do make good on their promise to let you return the products. As for the products themselves, they are just meh. Nowhere near the miracles promised. Yes, I kick myself for even believing them a little. They make no real difference in that wrinkled skin on arms and neck. Like any lubricant, they keep the skin soft. But the wrinkles are about structural changes that no cream can fix. Surgeon's knife maybe but that's for people richer than I am. Shame on me for suspending my better judgment.

My two favorite products are Activated Retinol Night Treatment and Resurface and Restore. I also use the Multi Hyaluronic Acid Pumping Booster. all their products are sold with the idea they actually do something, they do not.. tried three of them. the last one was rapid lift for the neck. It actually made my neck look worse.

I love the products, especially the Dermal Repair Complex. I've seen changes in my complexion since using the DRC. Strange, but have even noticed my hair getting thicker.
