TOTAL SCAM. Dermal repair complex is complete waste of money. Absolutely no change in skin quality after 2 months of daily use.

Customer service is surprisingly bad. I emailed a question to customer support and received an insulting canned response simply deflecting me and not addressing my question. I replied, telling them the deflection didn't address my question and received a reply literally "We're not doctors" and then was told to go to a doctor with my question. UPDATE, 7/1/23: I also submitted this complaint in answer to one of the emails wherein the doctor asks a question or requests feedback for various reasons. I was answered by a very concerned person who offered to extend my return period by another three months. I upped my review from 1 star to 4 due to that and ALSO, the deep wrinkle filler is clearly working. After 3 vials, I wasn't sure if I saw progress. I didn't take a before picture. My question that elicited the original response above, was if it was reasonable to think that starting at an older age, I am 70, that it would take longer to fill the deep and long existing wrinkles. I guess the answer is yes. I believe, as with me, if you have long standing, deep wrinkles, you must give it more time to show results. I'm finishing up my 2nd set of 3 vials, have another set on it's way, and will keep using this product indefinitely, as it only gets better results with time.

This is the second time I have tried to order Beverly Hills MD Rejuv-GH Timeless Beauty Concentrate and the product is excellent but I order and use points but my order gets cancelled and the points do not get added back to my account, I will have to find an alternative supplier as I am unable to purchase the product that I ordered.
