I have one question about neck roller for firmness. Is is suppose to leave a shiny whitish look where you've rolled? And why?

I am 74 and use many of your products, but my favorite is the Resurface and Restore System. A few weeks after I began using it, I went to put on my makeup and noticed how much better my face looked. My son, a woman at my health club, and even the doorman told me how nice I looked! I have not had the same dramatic results with the other products but am generally satisfied with them.

Beverly Hills MD does NOT allow return without a LOT of red tape and delays; took most of a day to contact customer service and the person tried to talk me into keeping the product for 20 minutes before I got an authorization to return it. Terrible service system; I will look for a different source. Gundry MD has a much better approach if you don't like a particular product.
