71 years young, but lots on my plate. I'm a caretaker of a diabetic, with CODP, lung cancer, on oxygen who had surgery after the original which took part of his lung (from 45 years of smoking which I'm HIGHLY allergic), also had a triple by-pass, came home and two weeks later fell and broke leg in two places, had surgery of rod and 2 pins. Never had a maid so include nurse to my bio of doing it all and my body got the short end. My face is a road map and my life has a lot of history. Your products are good, but not good enough to help the bombing that has gone on throughout my life, but I appreciate the effort.

First I received a note from Beverly Hills MD telling me that I had earned 859 Loyalty Points and that unless I used them they would expire. So I followed the link. Most of the products that I wanted to get using the point were out of stock. I finally found a couple of products that I was interested in or needed and put my order in using my 859 Loyalty Points & something points. About a week later I received a monetary refund. When I investigated I found that the items that I had chosen to purchase were out of stock. There was no mention of what happened to my points. I suspect that they are gone because they expired not because I didn't use them but because my order was cancelled by the company. This seems unfair and inappropriate.

Surprised to learn that reward points were a 'thing' on BHMD site. I just started using the lip moisturizer and I love it. By and large BHMD is wonderful. Their products are amazing and perform as promised. My only complaint is that they send discount emails to encourage you buy particular products and then a couple weeks later the same product is offered at a deeper discount. This is frustrating when you have a limited budget and can’t keep buying the same products to take advantage of the new discounts.
