Bad experience with the eye cream that before was too aqueous, then the recent one didn’t penetrate into the skin, anyone could see white around my eyes The sunscreen cream also too white on the skin even after a good massage Then I cannot use ever my rewards points when check out and I keep losing them! The cheating person wasn’t too helpful either. Maybe you have to change something on the site to help people to use those points! Thanks

United States | 02 November 2022BHMD emailed me that my accumulated points for buying products were about to expire so I decided to place an order and the prompts are terribly confusing. I tried to apply, it said it would apply and clearly did not, I was charged full price. I called the next day to rectify to no avail. I gave up and told her to just cancel the order. I had All ready been on the phone 54 minutes. Way to much hassle honestly. Totally disappointed I didn’t get my products.

At the same time I was trying to contact you through your online chat and that never happened. It kept telling me the wait would be 10 minutes, then 15 minutes , then 20…ridiculous waste of my time.

I don't have many wrinkles naturally, but this seems to help with fine lines and I don't notice the ones I did have on my forehead. I don't use a lot of fancy products but this one so far, I Like a lot.

I sent back BOTH of my orders of the Crepe Cream, as it did not work for me at all. I got an email that only 1 jar out of the 4 I sent back was credited to my account. I’d like to know why & emailed this question back, but no response. How can I get a refund? This is so frustrating that once the order comes I just ordered yes, I’m done with this company.

While attempting to phone, I hung up after 45 minutes of being on hold. I tried the CHAT option on your website and a message appeared saying it was a 60 minute wait time. This is totally unacceptable for any company. If you want customers to continue to purchase your products, your communications/customer service department has a very long way to go. I finally was connected with a rep using CHAT who took more than once to get this simple request corrected. I am re-thinking my interest and future purchasing from BH MD.

I prefer products that have either a light scent, or no scent, and most of the BHMD products fall under that category. I also like the fact that the formulas are light on my skin...not greasy and heavy. They absorb readily.
