Thoughtful and conscientious are two words that come to mind when thinking of the principal and his assistant, Ana, at Winsurance. I know insurance is important, but don't like that it is necessary. Whenever I am faced with buying a new policy I have questions, lots of them. Nuno and Ana answered all of them in a timely fashion and continued to do so even after the policy was issued!

After having my first dental appointment, I needed to submit a request for reimbursement through my insurance. I had such a wonderful experience with Ligia! She was so patient and walked me through the entire process on the app through completion. The entire Winurance team is very responsive and always very kind.

I am pleased with the service I received from Ligia, who not only resolved my payment issue but also followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything fell into place.
