Driver met us at Birmingham airport on time (meet and greet) and was very helpful with luggage and wheelchair. He was very polite, and didn't drive too fast. Comfortable car. Again very helpful with luggage at destination. Booking was straightforward. Will use you again and recommend. Also cheaper (but not much) than other local taxi firms.
