I’ve used Aero Cars a number of times and experienced very prompt and excellent service every time.

The collection this time was not as good as previous occasions. The driver was not waiting in the airport for me as I had hoped and worse than that I could see hemisphere car had multiple warning lights on inc for ABS. The car clearly was not in a great state for use as a taxi. I will have to consider whether I use this firm again.

Great service. The driver confirmed on the morning of collection by text and I was able to give him precise directions as we are not easy to find. The driver arrived in good time and we had a completely problem free transfer to the airport.

Aero Cars have a very usable website which made booking a breeze. Their communication by email and phone before the pickup was excellent. The arrangements were smooth and we arrived on time. Price is competitive. Highly recommended.

We used Aero Cars Cheltenham going to and from Heathrow recently and can't praise our driver, Raj, enough. He was spot on time picking us up and was there waiting for us on arrival back into Heathrow. Both occasions his driving was faultless, kept to the speed limits and got there and back stress free. Will definitely use again.

Great service every time. Friendly and polite staff, always on time, vehicles of very high standard and comfort . Aero cars are great and I use them for every business trip, highly recommended.

Worst Nightmare. Car did not show up, I had to make alternative arrangements and almost missed my flight. Check in had closed and it was only the helpful flight staff who got my on the transatlantic flight. I will never use them again.

Safeer was very friendly and arrived a bit earlier as requested following a sudden snowfall. Really good communication and good driving in the snowy conditions. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you very much!! :)

Last minute booking to pick someone up from Birmingham airport in the middle of the night. There was no problem booking this online and I was kept up to date at all times. Driver held sign up at arrivals and helped with baggage. He was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Aero Cars Cheltenham and will use them in the future as fairly priced too.
