The above rating based on my experience on runs 13 days apart to & fro LHR. Drivers are self employed I believe and Raj was always punctual & a very reliable & friendly driver. Would engage with you as much or as little as you wanted. Incoming flight was monitored by 'app' so as he knew exactly when it was coming in. Communication by the driver on the day and keeping informed by the company prior to runs was very good

Excellent service. Took me and my golf clubs to B'ham airport, and also picked up. Friendly and professional drivers, and an excellent price. Will be first on my list in future.

Would definitely recommend Aero Cars. Our driver from the airport was RAJ and he was aware our flight had arrived earlier than expected and contacted me to see if we wanted him to collect us before our pre booked slot, which was most appreciated. A comfortable vehicle and Raj engaged us in his passion and knowledge of Game of Thrones. I contacted Aero Cars to the change the time of our return leg and although I couldn't get through on the phone I left a message and they very quickly got back with confirmation of my amendment by text. EDUARDO arrived on time to take us back to the airport, and again a very comfortable vehicle. We were also very appreciative of his great reflexes and the emergency stop he had to make on the motorway because of a "muppet" in front of us . Well done all

I’ve made 2 trips now home from the airport with Aerocars and I’ve been very satisfied. The level of communication is reassuring and the pricing very competitive. The 2 different drivers I’ve had have been lovely and I felt very at ease. They even helped me with my case which after a long trip was very welcome. Would recommend.

Driver on time, solid drive to Bristol airport and overall good drive. However.... the car was far from clean which is far from what I expected a taxi to be. Room for improvement.
