United States | 07 December 2020Received DOA unit. Attempted to call in to support line countless times. Full ignorance. Picked up the phone just a single time and once I explained the unit is DOA - dropped the call and never picked up again. Emails sent to support email are bounced back as non-deliverable. Once the claim was placed via PayPal - they have responded back and asked to ship the unit back, with no return label provided. Stay away.

The day it got to DJI Drone Service I received a phone call to update me on my drone, and that's the extent of the positivity with my experience at DJI Drone Service. I was told the drone could not be repaired because they do not have the part. I've been waiting for my drone to come back for almost two weeks, and I just now received an email saying it has been shipped. This is after I was told it would be shipped "either today or tomorrow" a week ago. It was also after three emails to the company asking for the tracking number that apparently never existed until today. So the long and short of it is I sent my drone in two weeks ago to be told it couldn't be repaired, and it's taken all that time for the drone to be shipped back to me. Still waiting.... Oh well, at least I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee or something.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2020Ppl quick tip! Loyalty is great when appriciated! Dji DRONE GREAT! But and stick to the care refresh if you want to show your loyalty to dji as a company, however if the dji doesn't appreciate that loyalty for what ever reason! Insure your drone with bubble it dot com, its 2yrs cover! 1 yr more than dji and its 30% cheaper!😁 Great product! Truly! But a malfunction that cost you to loose the drone would cost you dearly regardless if product is faulty! And they would charge you heavily for a replacement doesn't matter if care refresh is active or not! Loyalty to their brand comes at an heavy price tag, Dji is a great brand but I'm sharing my story with all family and friend so they csb make up their own minds.

France | 09 September 2020commande d'une piece au detail pour un inspire 2. plus de 2 mois d'attente pour obtenir d'abord la reference, ensuite le prix. 3 semaines ensuite pour le traitement de la commande. le capuchon de protection coute 0.80€ pour 15€ de port... le produit arrive, c'est pas la bonne piece. je signale le probleme, au bout de 3 semaines on me demande de retourner la piece en hollande, et de payer a nouveau 15€ de port pour l'envoi de la bonne piece.... NUL ne demandez rien et ne cassez rien chez eux!!!

United States | 15 February 2020It took more then 2 months (never got my drone back), but they made good by sending me a refurbished mavic 2 pro (which is what i had). They sent me a extra battery, joysticks, and almost a whole set of propellors. I'd definitely recommend using them.

Quick service, fast shipping, great prices, free shipping (and return) for evaluation of damage, and an assortment of parts that the manufacturer either won’t sell or is very slow to ship.
