These guys are the best, fastest, honest and most economical DJI repair house out there. I fly a bit more freely knowing they've got my back should anything go wrong! And I still can't believe they cover the Fedex shipping in both direction, whether they perform the repair or not. And when i hot my bird back, they threw in a sweet gift too!

I ordered an OSMO 3 Mobile before Christmas from DDS. I had been considering buying one and DDS advertised them on sale. Communication from DDS was good and they provided tracking information. It arrived within the expected period of time and was packaged well. I had no problems with DDS and would recommend them.

I just had to get my phantom fixed and they made it so easy for me. They were honest and did not totally rip you off. I was able to talk to somebody before I got it fixed and they were great. Over all the best dji drone shop ever.

DDS supplied me with a DJI refurbished Zenmuse Z3 that was as at a exceptional price and with fast delivery. As always DDS provides great products and services at a very good prices. My Inspire 1v2 shines with the new camera. Thanks again, Tom

Awesome customer service

Total failure. Sent my drone in for repair, paid $474 and was returned a drone (not mine) that was in even worse shape than the one I sent in. I contacted Djidroneservice to complain and was told the 'technician' checked it out and it was repaired. The drone I received would not even turn on...and had a cracked arm. Very disappointed in the money spent for repairs not made (actually a different Phantom 3A was returned), the customer service when I contacted them and their failure to follow up. NOT RECOMMENDED

I sent my drone in after I crashed it into some trees so that they could evaluate the damage and send me a quote for repairs. The shipping was supplied by DJI Drone Service for both to and from their facility which I thought was just amazing. Unfortunately the cost of repairs was beyond what I was willing to invest back into my drone so I just asked that they return it to me. They returned it with no questions asked in a nicer shipping box that the original one that I had used to send it in to them! In the future I'll be sure to try their services again if needed.

I have ordered two items from them. Each time it was a great value, exactly as advertised and super fast shipping. They are also active in the community and provide help to pilots. Great organization!

Sent a repair request into them about my damaged drone, they sent me a shipping label quickly so I could send it in to them. They pay shipping and give you a quote on the repair and won't charge you anything in the inspection process. So far, a good company to deal with.

Good and honest, I chose not to get my drone repaired and it was return just as it was.

Easy! Spoke with rep over the phone. Sent in pics. Got an initial, ballpark estimate. Sent my drone in. Got an emailed official estimate of repair costs. Quick repair. Got my drone back via mail within 14 days. Drone works great.

The drone service guys were very responsive and repairs were done in a timely manner. I did inquire about the smoothness of the gimble for shooting video which was not answered. Considering the way I crashed it, no complaints.
