The two people I have worked with via email have been fantastic getting what I need to repair my own drone. From something as big as an arm, to something as small as a single screw, they've gotten what I need. They have earned my business so long as I have DJI products.

Two weeks ago I bought about $2,400 worth of DJI M2P with Smart Controller, Refresh Care, Fly More, etc. the owner was extremely helpful despite being busy with setting up his online store. We communicated via text, email and a phone conversation. He cared about my needs, didn’t try to upsell me or anything else that sellers could do to irritate customers. Very positive experience.

The Price to fix is outrageous. Better off buying a used one online.

I was more than happy with my experience. "Djidroneservice returned my repaired Mavic Pro in just 11 days. Hopefully, I will not crash again, but if It happens, they will be my "go-to" repair service.

My drone had camera issues connecting to my phone and the RC, I had tried everything on youtube i could possibly search before I sent it in to repair. The repair process took longer than I expected, however the consumer service kept me up to date and were very kind about informing me on an issues they had and contacted me. got my drone back, took it out of the box, re-linked the drone with my RC and everything was working perfectly like it should have before.

Slow, they told me one week after it had already been there a month. Then another month later, I got a REPLACEMENT instead of a repair. Then they poorly packed it in my neatly packed box I sent them. I wont use them again. 0

Unfortunately the propellers were not returned with the drone I dropped off which was realized after driving 2 hours to take pictures for a client of mine 🙃 Not sure why
