I had to arrange postage for a couple of keys to a friend in London who was coming down to Australia as the postage for those same keys to Australia was £25! If you are going to sell internationally please do better. Also the tracking never got updated. Again pointless to offer it if you are not going to keep it updated.

Prompt delivery, carry pouch for D1000 does the job, as the downside of such a secure lock is, it's fairly big. On balance though - one would rather still have the bike than have it stolen !

I ordered the Airlok fixing kit with 4 plugs and screws. It took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It finally arrived, and there was only 1 screw in the package instead of 4. What am I supposed to do with only 1 screw?

Great Value for Money. Hopefully, the strength of this lock won't be tested in real time. But based on the many angle cutting tests I found on YouTube, the Hiplok was the best value around (other than spending £150 more for a Litelok).

I purchased the ANKR mount to secure my ebike at home. I am very impressed with how it securely mounted to my deck. It would take an EXTREME effort to remove this. Combined with a secure lock any potential thief would most likely move on to an easier target. Well done Hiplok on a great product.
