Hiplok E-DX chain & D-lock. Heavy, so not something I would carry around all the time, only when I'm going to leave the bike. Does the necessary job in the garage. Keeps the insurance happy.... Not cheap. Delivered quickly.

Small portable & extremely strong. Purchased two for two e-bikes I recently purchased, with the level of bike thefts on the increase in lawless uk, it’s a deterrent along with a battery lock & alarm. Although nothing will 100% stop a theft, it’s less likely of a target when it will take longer to steal compared to a less secured bike.

I actually use the D1000 lock through the wheel rim of my Toyota Highlander - a prime target for car thieves. It would jam on the brake caliper if they managed to get the vehicle started. I sleep easy, knowing it is on the job!

This anker did not come with all the required basic equipment to install like the correct Allen key and a wall plugs as required an extra trip and cost to get these. For the cost it would have been nice to have these basic required items included with clear instructions to install

I got my order on time. I ordered two of the Z Lok Combo’s. One works great the other not at all. It’s jammed and won’t budge. I love the one that works but think I should have two that work because that’s what I paid for. I saw this was a problem with other customers but I didn’t listen because I really wanted the product to work. I reached out for help and got no response back.

Had a faulty Z Lok i had bought abroad. After not being able to contact the original seller Hiplok sent me a replacement. The whole Process was very quick, friendly and highly professional. Thank you! will buy Hiplok again after this good customer service

The lock looks well made, I haven’t had an opportunity to use the lock yet, but the purchase process with hiplok was very smooth. I also was able to register my lock and keys through the website. However, I got the DX+ plus and I don’t know if the warranty will cover my cable since I didn’t see the option available. But looking forward to testing out the lock.

A very innovative company in terms of design and functionality. They make products for the people and truly understand what they really need in their locks. I also like that you can register your key on their website so that if you lose it they will be able to make you a new one. I recently bought the D1000 and I think this U/D lock will frustrate a lot of bike thieves. It’s a bit heavy to carry but if you truly care about your bike not being stolen and to have that peace of mind I think that added wait is okay.
