My recent order for Jaguar XKR windscreen trim clips arrived minus one item,I promptly notified Britcar of the discrepancy,Sean was quickly on the case. I received the missing part this morning. Thank you for the quick response. My only gripe if any was the cost,nearly £60 incl P&P for 12 small white plastic clips which a few years ago i'd have got locally for about £10 from my glass supplier. I suppose that's what happens with obsolete parts,which for a car of its relatively young age surprised me that Jaguar seem to have washed their hands of this model. .

The representative I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. He E Mailed me a picture, to ensure we were looking at the same parts.
