I ordered side steps for my new Land Rover Defender 90. They came the next day. However on inspection the paint on the right side step was marked and scratched. The kit was also missing some fixings. I phoned Britcar and explained that I did not want to fit the damaged side step to my new Defender 90. They apologised for the inconvenience and sent out a new set which arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service, and the quality of the replacement side steps is identical to that of Land Rover parts.

Excellent service. I purchased a part I couldn’t find elsewhere. They contacted me to check everything was correct. Unfortunately my part got lost in the post but the replaced it no questions and it arrived the next day. Will definitely buy again from Britcar.
