Excellent service, very quick shipment and very well packed (by Harley). Range Rover rubber mats were new old stock (as advertised) with no signs of wear or aging, better than described. Item got stuck in German customs for 3 weeks and VAT was charged double, however Britparts immediately refunded the UK VAT. So overall very happy, even though there was no more snow in our area after the rubber mats finally arrived.

The ad on eBay considered to be misleading due to main description on part come from Austria therefore EU without taxes. To my surprise was coming from UK and I was obliged to pay taxes 70% more!!! They ought to define clearly taxes apply and remove the Austria headline! All other was on time and I was satisfied by delivery. For the product I don’t know since I haven’t opened it yet!

Hannah went to endless trouble to ensure that the replacement for an obsolete part number was in fact correct. This involved swapping pictures and wiring diagrams. The order was placed after the Thursday cutoff and was destined for delivery on Monday. Imagine my delight when it turned up Saturday lunchtime. An awesome service all round. How nice to speak to someone knowledgeable and dedicated.

The only thing wrong is that when orders from Holland are payed we have to pay a small amount extra. In the placing of the order you ask if it is over seas so there is the place to change the amount so payment can take place in one time.
