Their courier failed to deliver saying there was no answer, there has been some one in at all times, now they want more money to redeliver. I will be avioding Britcar in future as I've never had this issue with any deliveries, ever. Update 26/7/21 - The fact that Britcar took almost two months to reply, tells me a lot about Britcar.
