United Kingdom | 17 May 2021Quick delivery and secure packaging of PAS additive but I was a bit puzzled when, having ordered Jaguar part number C2S48887, I received a bottle of Land Rover part number QFX500090. They look the same but are they the same? Some explanation would have been useful.

United States | 17 May 2021My first dealing with Britcar in 2018 was good. My second has been horrendous. Two years ago I purchased a replacement clutch kit for a rare BMW Land Rover I use in Africa. On arrival, the plate was clearly stamped "Flywheel Side" on one side. It turns out this was a manufacturing error, and caused damage to the flywheel. It took a year of wriggling (demand for photographic evidence, garage receipts etc) before Britpart eventually admitted fault and promised to replace the clutch and flywheel. A year later, after many emails and phone calls, they still have not replaced either part. This vehicle is used for charity work in Zambia. Britcar have shown pitifully poor customer service in my case. In response to response below - I am definitely talking about Britcar. The email addresses of the senior managers I am dealing with are all britcar.com. They have once again promised to sort it out within a week. I will update the review if and when this happens. UPDATE Feb 2022 ============== I've now been waiting since April 2019 for BRITCAR to sort out the issue regarding the clearly faulty part they sent me three years ago. This complaint has nothing to do with "BritPart" as claimed in the company response. This use of this land rover was promised to a charity in Zambia, providing access for charity workers to remote villages. They have been unable to use it for three years thanks to Britcar.
