I am very satisfied with the service from Britcar. I have dealt with the company in the past and will continue to do business with them. My one suggestion is that the communication with customers could be more personal and friendly and less businesslike. Excellent quality product prompt service and delivery

I purchased two parts from their web catalogue, which stated that the parts were suitable for my vehicle. When they arrived, it became very evident that they did not fit my vehicle. A very helpful person at Britcar identified the correct part which I then ordered. I had to pay postage for the wrong parts to be delivered, to be returned, and then for delivery of the correct parts (7.95 x 3). I pointed out that I should only have to pay delivery once, as it was their fault that the wrong parts were sent, but was told that I should have phoned Britcar and confirmed that the parts were suitable, before placing the order (seems to me a waste of time having a web page for orders if you then have to phone them in?), but they would refund one postage fee.So the misleading advert cost me 7.95.

Goods arrived on time. Good price for item. But I got charged £3.20 for shipping. It arrived and shipping on it said £1.14. Not really what you expect from a decent company.
