Good price and quick delivery.

My order was shipped with TNT next day service and this had cost a hell of a lot. It got stuck with TNT and was shipped between Hannover and Belgium twice. Finaly it got stuck in German customs. I got no help what so ever from Britcar to speed up the shipment. It is still stuck in German customs. Britcar was and is the contracting body for the shipment and they should know the right contacts to help. Now I'm the one who has to deal with it and get my money back. Next day service versus 10 days shipment and it still not arrived. Brings me a lot of trouble and I will lose an important customer.

Paid for next day delivery and expected them next day ,but they then sent out the next day ,so got them a day late

Fast and easy service

I ordered a very small grommet for the windscreen wiper motor shaft to seal to rear window. The guy at Britcar was brilliant sending diagram and details so that I chose the right product . Then he agreed a better deal on delivery and the perfect bit arrived days later. Well done.

Defender wheel cover purchased, britcar placed me on a waiting list while the product was out of stock. Once back I stock delivery was prompt, good communication throughout the process.
