Excellent company to deal with. I think the website could be improved as it is sometimes difficult to find items due to the varied descriptions, but otherwise very good. Some American websites show diagrams of parts, but these are normally dealers, but that would be a lot better if this could be implemented. The website does not always show a picture of the part either, which could be useful on occasion. I quite often search for items on Google to get the part number as this is easier. Pricing is usually competitive with other online dealers.

I made two orders, separated within a time frame of approximately 5 or 6 minutes between them (because I missed a small washer), and surprisingly they were shipped separately.. causing double payment. Not a big thing really, but I would have expected all item to be put together in order to post a single parcel and save the extra cost ...I emphasize this because I live in Colombia and the postage might be really expensive if every single purchase is treated separately I also have to mention that the service I receive from you is excellent.. please take this note just as a recommendation thanks have a good easter regards Gustavo
