Good music offerings in high resolution surround, though the one I chose was quite pricey for a digital download. However, the site asks you to install their ‘download app’, yet the app did not work. Eventually after a few email exchanges, their support rep finally said that the app does not work for MKV files yet, forcing me to do a directly download of the file from the site. But this was not made clear during the purchase process, so I wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out on my own.

Any place that offers DSD is tops with me. NativeDSD is the last man standing and they need to be supported. I would love it if they would expand their catalogue into other genres. Or even add, somehow, Malia's Black Orchid. Anyway I really appreciate NativeDSD

Simple process

Incredible quality of recordings. I've been with Native DSD for almost a year now. I play the files directly via USB flash drive on my Cary Audio DMS800-PV and it is unbelievably good. I'm in heaven with the DSD 512 in particular. The DXD recordings are fantastic as well, but to my ears DSD is just a wee bit better. No complaints on any format though. Customer service is great. I listen to classical music so I can't comment on other genres.

Experience went well. Needed to reach out to customer service to get a download link, since I use Linux on my laptop and there is not (yet) a download manager for Linux. I'm not sure my old ears can hear the difference between a DSD file and a CD but I'll keep playing around and testing. :-)

Jonas and David were exceptionally helpful in accommodating my needs with getting the highest resolution files available for both Franco Ambrosetti's Sweet Caress and Suite Cubana. Of course, the DSD512 files sound beyond magnificent -- they're the best of the best! I can't recommend Native DSD Music highly enough!!

All good, downloading the files I had purchased was straightforward. One suggestion for an improvement would be for the display of one's albums to show which resolution has been purchased.

Their webpage is easy to navigate, and their staff communicates with customers rather well. If you need any help, they're there.

Technik funktioniert. Zwar muss man noch ein Programm installieren, sich anmelden usw. Aber wenn das geschehen ist, läuft es problemlos.

I am satisfied with the speed of downloading music and the quality of the recordings. These Native DSD recordings clearly outperformed the physical SACDs played on the Marantz SA10 CD player.
