Thank you for keeping my previous purchases available to download again (to my new computer). The download tool was especially useful of course. I now realize how much superior the DSD 128 is to the basic 64. Unfortunatley my latest purchase was prior to this insight - is it possible to upgrade? Keep up the good work, TG New York City

Prompt and efficient service combined with best downloader out there - what more could you ask for?

Clunky website. Slow. It takes forever to find a download that I have made. No alphabetical index for my downloads. Some albums won't download properly. Everything is too expensive. However, I continue to use Native DSD because the sound qauilty of many of their recordings is often considerably above average and many are hard to find elsewhere.

No trouble downloading and using files. The whole process was very smooth and problem free.

Great music at a reasonable price

Very nice recording, however: DSD format not suitable for Apple users (either iOS or MacOS).Buying a new device for DSD should not be the best option. WAV download is formatted “song by song”, and I can’t seem to figure out how to play the whole album in one go.

Very correct, as expected

Once downloaded, the app works well for the download of music onto my computer. The music quality of DSD files is surprisingly superior, especially for classical music where micro details are more apparent, enabling a more emotional connection to the music.

The best for DSD 512 downloads. Download speed and quality are top notch.

The download speed always starts very high and drops very quickly. This is very unpleasant given the size of the files.

Native DSD is one of the few places where you can buy DSD music that was originally recorded in DSD format. In my opinion DSD is as good as, if not better than analogue recordings. Not having to put up with the noise one gets from even high quality vinyl albums is a joy! Ultra quiet backgrounds, open 3D sound stage with depth and detail that is unsurpassed. Now only if there were more titles available................;-)

I can’t get the downloader to accept the token, so the downloader doesn’t work m. You should change the way you start the downloader. Very archaic.
