After my first review I received a message and link to the sample files, which took a long time to download. Of the files I received the Flac and the DSD64 both worked on my HIBY R3-ll (gen 2). The DSD128 folder was empty, the DSD256 folder had files but wouldn't work, although I do recall reading that only the sample DSD64 would play. There was also DSD512 files but my player is not capable of playing them so I didn't try.

Everything worked well. The file sounds fantastic.

No doubt about the quality of the music, it's incredible! Initially, the DSF file format did not work in the Denon 3800H version, even though the manual mentioned that the DSD format would be supported. I totally agree that Native did not write the manual. Giving a sample file would help me to save time and money. I purchased an album and found that it's not supporting, which is not fair !! Given a sample file would help new bees like me. In such a challenging situation, Native customer support made my life easy !!! I particularly want to appreciate Jonas's support, who replied promptly to all my emails. Thank you. Once again

OK but did not appreciate the lack of options as a Linux user. Having to get in touch to activate downloads in the browser is a chore. Appreciate the low returns on investing in a version of your downloader app for the small linux user base among our your customers but still....
