High quality and good price

Very good quality

Great sound quality and liked to be able to download without unzipping. Had some difficulties finding the 5 channel download after successfully downloading the 2 channel files. Going into the quality dropdown wasn't immediately intuitive. Good support and would highly recommend.

As I noted after the evaluation of the sample pack, this is the beginning with the right equipment!

Easy to Use and Pay

Good choice of quality records, easy browsing, free samples for testing, good advices, easy downloading, very friendly and professionnal.

The free sampler is really good and the kind of music that I listen to. But it is just too expensive for me plus the fact that I am using mac and mac does not stream native dsd.

It was easy to purchase and download music, though the first time one of the files got downloaded only partially. We found it out only when playing the music, not immediately. The partial file wasn't flagged in any way. (We have fast fiberoptic Internet). I was able to re-downloaded the file. Hence, 4 stars only. (Glad we listened to it quickly: I had similar experience with one of Channel Classic recordings. Unfortunately, we realized that one of files was corrupt after the company closed for good.) UPDATE. I added the fifth star as I am super happy that NativeDSD serviced my old Channel Classics order and replaced the corrupt file. I appreciate the service!

Very good to have a try for free at DSD64, it would be useful to be able to try higher rates, i.e. DSD256 before taking a decision as to the quality to acquire recordings.

This was my first purchase from NativeDSD - placing order was easy, actual download was easy, and album played flawlessly on my system (which doesn't always happen with digital downloads). I am certainly interested in buying more from NativeDSD. Now will have to figure out best way to find titles I will like (mainly jazz, some classical and rock). Would be great if there was a "If you like XXX, you'll probably like YYY" function that would point out music similar to music I already know I like.

The music from your files changes the sound of the hifi system the most.

As a radio jock, I don't usually pay for music that I play on-air, but I wanted to support my friend who was the artist in this case. I just hope a decent amount of the money received finds its way to the actual artist. I had a lot of bad experiences with record labels when I was a recording artist. Hopefully, things have changed over the last 35 years.

It’d be great if you could let your customers buy selected tracks instead of the entire album. I would have made more purchases if that were possible.

Extremely beautiful discovery - NativeDSD, and that my dac handles DSD too! So my first 12 albums later, having a great time - which is really what it’s all about. Dealing with Native is extremely easy, the membership is worth it as I use different files in different places - iOS vs work vs home Audirvāna. So all ‘round, just awesome.

Downloading the app and instructions to download purchased music was extremely easy. Third party service, Roon, picked up on it in my library without any extra steps, always a bonus. The albums I purchased are stunning quality for mastering, replay. I’d like to see a bigger catalog but honestly now going to knock anything for that. Wonderful service
