United Kingdom | 15 April 2017I ordered a replacement float for the carburettor of an Allett Classic 17 mower with a Chinese Loncin engine (the engine is the best thing about this cobbled together mower) and it arrived by post 6 days later. Even more remarkable because it was not in stock at the time of ordering. I shall use this firm again for mower spares.

United Kingdom | 30 March 2017Purchased 3 items on next day delivery, after 2 days I am told that one of the items is not in stock for another week ( too slow it should have been delivered by that point) . No mention of this on website. Reluctantly I agree to wait for that item but ask them to send the other two items now ( already late) . No reply , after 3 days sent another email asking about delivery , no reply . Now order date + 4 days and still no delivery , telephoned and was told all items are on back order, now waiting for someone to get back and clarify. If I do not cancel this order it will be at best a week from order that I receive delivery ( that's optimistic) . I do wish that these on line sellers would be more honest with their customers. Do not promise next day delivery if you cannot achieve it all of the time, and when you cannot achieve it put some effort in to manage your customers expectations. Customers going into a physical store would not tolerate waiting in line for days for a store representative to find the time to talk to them, so why is it that on-line sellers think that they have a couple of days before they need to communicate with customers.
