Ordered before 2pm on thursday and lawnmower was delivered next day as stated Used mower once and found it a little heavy to maneuver but apart from that it seems to be very good time wll tell with further use

I contacted Mowers & Spares through the "chat" facility on their website to get a part for my Allett mower. The operative, Liam, helped me identify the part by e-mailing me a parts diagram. He then sent me a link which took me directly to the part on the website which enabled me to order without delay. The part arrived by first available post. Easy and very efficient.

The gentleman I dealt with on the phone could not have been more helpful so absolutely no complaints there. Only problem was not enough postage was paid and so I had to go to my local sorting office to collect my purchase where I then had to pay an additional handling fee!
