Simple to order. Signed delivery by Royal Mail. Easy and quick to use.

Fast delivery, however it came in two envelopes, the money appeared to be in the first envelope, and the second the despatch note. I didn't realise there was 1 50$ bill in the despatch note envelope, the other $3000 etc in the other. Chucked the envelopes away so my fault..The reason why there are two envelopes relates to Royal Mail see comment below. Just a shame they didn't put a five dollar bill in the despatch envelope. I queried it when the total didn't tally and the reason below so check! "it is always best to check absolutely everything you receive as the order has to be split a certain way due to the limits per package imposed by Royal Mail, so sometimes there is a small amount in the second, third or fourth bag, depending on the size of the order."

Excellent service. I have used twice now. Even better this time as they included a variety of lower denomination bills this time - which is always handy when you are travelling.

The Gatwick branch was closed for a stock take which was fine but the lady was very rude I decided to go elsewhere to get currency

helpful and efficient would use again

In the past, I have used airports to purchase my currencies when travelling. However, I decided to purchase my currency elsewhere before travelling to Japan. I came across International Currency Exchange (ICE) when searching for the best available exchange rate. ICE did offer the best exchange rate at the time (when compared to other places) so I decided to purchase my holiday money from here. I was a bit sceptical on whether I would receive the money in time for my holiday. But I received the money the very next working day, in time for my trip. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Very impressed with ICE and I look forward to using them again in the future.

A thoroughly dishonest experience. Told at one site a rate was their best, told something completely different at another gate just 10 minutes later. Subsequently found neither rate was as advertised. The staff had no clue about their regulatory duties nor how to deal with my complaint. The response was to shrug and refer me to the website. Wholly unsatisfactory. Either incompetent or dishonest.
